Today, Messung reasserts its leadership with a future-focused portfolio of intelligent PLCs, remote I/Os, VFDs, servo drives, and HMI & SCADA systems, designed to meet the evolving demands of Industry 4.0. With innovation at its core and a renewed commitment to excellence, Messung is charting a bold path for the future of Indian automation.

Our challenge was clear: to design a space that transforms complex technological advancements into a compelling, sensory-driven experience, a place where Epiroc’s leadership in mining and construction solutions isn’t just displayed but felt.

Approach

After re-entering the Industrial Automation sector, Messung had been focusing on communication around its indigenous innovation – the XMPRO-10, a compact PLC for small-scale applications. While it showcased engineering strength, it also led to a perception of Messung as a niche, small-scale player. Our approach was to shift that perception by putting the spotlight on the NX-ERA PLC Series, backed with global standard engineering, a comprehensive, advanced range built to tackle automation challenges across every scale.

Solution Areas

We introduced a strong, strategic concept  by repositioning the NX-ERA PLC Series as the Nexus of Industrial Automation, highlighting its high-performance capabilities and seamless scalability for a wide range of industrial applications. This was not just about launching a product, but about signalling a new mindset. Through integrated communication across digital platforms, we reinforced a bold, unified message: Messung is ready for every scale of automation. We also encouraged the brand to adopt “Nexus of Industrial Automation” as a long-term brand asset that distinctly represents the NX-ERA PLC Series.

Outcome

The repositioning helped shift perceptions of Messung, from a niche, small-scale player to a serious contender across the full spectrum of industrial automation. The “Nexus of Industrial Automation” became a strong brand property for the NX-ERA series, enhancing recall and brand association. The campaign revitalised Messung’s image as a reliable Industrial Automation Solutions Provider, capable of addressing automation challenges at every scale.
