Epiroc Mining India, a global frontrunner in mining and infrastructure solutions, set out to make a resounding impact at IMME 2024 in Kolkata with a high-tech, future-forward stall aligned with the theme “Accelerate the Transformation.” The objective was clear to showcase Epiroc’s relentless drive towards innovation in sustainable mining, digitalization, and automation while crafting an engaging, immersive experience that would captivate and inspire visitors.

Approach

To bring this vision to life, Epiroc partnered with Interics Designs to conceptualize a stall that exudes modernity, technological prowess, and brand authority. The design was meticulously crafted to strike the perfect balance between aesthetics, functionality, and storytelling.

  • A Bold, Striking Presence: A towering central branding pylon, clad in Epiroc’s signature colours yellow, grey, and blue commanded attention from across the exhibition floor, ensuring instant brand recognition.


  • Digital Experiences: The stall integrated dynamic LED screens, interactive digital displays, and a visitor engagement platform to communicate Epiroc’s vision of the future.


  • Seamless Flow & Smart Zoning: A well-orchestrated layout ensured effortless navigation, enabling visitors to explore key products and solutions while maintaining an open, inviting ambience. 


Storytelling Beyond Space: The exterior surfaces became a canvas for high-impact brand narratives, featuring multimedia content that reinforced Epiroc’s leadership in the mining sector.

Solution Areas

Designed with a keen eye for detail, the stall featured dedicated zones that enhanced engagement and functionality:

  • CR Mining Zone: A specialised area showcasing a 3D model display, accompanied by branding materials for a focused and impactful presentation.

  • Product Display Section: A futuristic setup spotlighting Epiroc’s cutting-edge solutions, allowing visitors to closely interact with the technology.

  • Exclusive Meeting Spaces: Two private meeting rooms equipped with TV screens provided the perfect setting for in-depth business discussions and presentations.

  • Engagement-Driven Seating Areas: Thoughtfully placed seating zones encouraged meaningful interactions, fostering relationship-building and business collaboration.

A Welcoming Reception: Seamlessly integrated into the design, the reception area ensured a professional, inviting first impression for visitors.

Outcome

The stall seamlessly brought the theme “Accelerate the Transformation” to life through a fusion of innovation, functionality, and bold branding that positioned Epiroc as an industry pioneer. The intelligent use of immersive technology, cohesive branding, and interactive experiences ensured an unforgettable impact.

A well-planned layout enabled effortless visitor movement while maximising functionality within the available space. The final execution delivered a powerful brand experience, reinforcing Epiroc’s commitment to sustainability, automation, and digitalisation in mining. With a presence that captivated, engaged, and inspired, Epiroc’s IMME 2024 showcase became more than a stall; it stood as a statement of leadership in shaping the future of mining.
